Pick-up
All items must be picked up within 3 days when available for pick up or Besso Floor & Decor will charge 2% storage of total purchase value per day after a 3 days period. We are not responsible to remind customers to pick up.
Delivery
1. Distance & Free Delivery Thresholds
- 0–20 km: Orders of $1,500 (pre-tax) or more get free delivery.
- 20–30 km: Orders of $2,500 (pre-tax) or more get free delivery.
- 30–40 km: Orders of $3,500 (pre-tax) or more get free delivery.
- 40–50 km: Orders of $4,500 (pre-tax) or more get free delivery.
2. Minimum Delivery Charges Within 20 km
- For orders under $1,500 (pre-tax), a $60 minimum delivery fee applies.
3. Deliveries Beyond 20 km
- There is a $4 surcharge per kilometer beyond 20 km, regardless of the order total.
- We calculate the surcharge by subtracting the free-delivery distance (20 km) from your total distance and multiplying the remainder by $4 per km.
4. Scheduling Your Delivery
- After making a purchase, please visit our store in person to schedule a delivery time. We cannot arrange delivery until it has been scheduled on-site.
- Ensure that you (or a designated representative) are present at the delivery location on the scheduled day and time.
- Any changes to your delivery schedule may incur additional fees.
