Merchandise returns will be considered for refund within 30 days of purchase by an original receipt. (Returns for refund for any unopened product must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by an original receipt)

All open box items must be in re-sellable condition determined by Besso.

All returned items are subject to a 30% restocking charge.

No return or exchange before 11am Monday to Sunday.
